PROPOSED FINAL REGULATIONS

The Walter Lomax Act Final Regulations have been submitted to the Division of State Documents and are pending approval. They are available in The Maryland Register, Volume 48, Issue 21, pages 908-911, October 8, 2021. The public comment period runs through November 8, 2021.
