All requests for audio copies of hearings are processed by the Information Technology Department.
A written request is required to obtain a copy of the hearing CDs and transcripts. Requests should include your name, address, and daytime telephone number.
CD costs are determined by the length of the hearing. Media Office personnel will contact the individual making the request with the total amount due to obtain an audio copy of the hearing. Monies are due in advance, prior to release of the hearing CD(s).
The OAH does not process transcription requests in-house. For further information, or to obtain a transcription estimate, please contact a Media Technician.
Accepted forms of payment: Checks and money orders payable to the Maryland State Treasurer.
